Lord’s Chosen Overseer tasks Nigerians on national greatness

The General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, Pastor Lazarus Muoka has challenged Nigerians to       embrace righteousness and shun every form of extortion and unrighteousness to make Nigeria great.

Mouka, who spoke at the closing of the three-day international crusade of the Church, entitled, ‘What God  determined shall be done,’  at the Chosen International Secondary School open ground, Mgbidi Imo State, described Nigeria as a blessed nation with rich human and material resources.

He said that it was time to utilise them to the fullest, saying, “all the good things that God has destined for us as a nation this year shall be done,  there will be perfection because God has promised.”

According to him, the country was crawling  due to lack of unity and love among Nigerians, adding that any nation that has the fear of God would earn God’s favour.

He said: ”Righteousness exalts a nation while sin is a reproach. God’s hand is not short to save us in Nigeria, but when we dwell in sin, God distances himself from us and when He distances Himself, there will be crisis and chaos in the land.

“Let us go back to God,  humble ourselves, and our relationship with God should be intact. Flee from every act of wickedness. Iniquity is an abomination before God, it hinders prayer. As a nation, we should search our lives and do the will of God. Love your neighbour and be at peace with one another. “

There were participants at the event from Cote d’Ivore, Togo, Ghana, Benin Republic,      Cameroun, South Africa, USA, Australia, Austria, Gabon,  Guinea Bisau, Equatorial Guinea, China, Philipine, Senegal and Chad.
